Our graduates are leading programs and decision-making to ensure lasting social change in their local communities and globally. That is why we hire our program graduates, invest in their social impact projects, and help find career and leadership opportunities where their potential and voice will be realized. We attribute our rapid growth and success to the innovation, resilience, and knowledge of our community members.
